Will Adams is the lead trial attorney for The Adams Law Firm based in Katy, Texas. He and his brother, Tad, represent clients in serious personal injury and death cases. He served the citizens of Texas during the 2019 Legislative Session as President of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association. He continues to sit on TTLA's Board of Directors and Executive Committee. Mr. Adams is Double Board Certified and a life member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. He has been recognized as One of the Top 10 Trucking Trial Lawyers in Texas by the National Trucking Trial Lawyers, one of the 100 Trial Lawyers in Texas by The National Trial Lawyers, and as a leader in his field by multiple publications.
Lloyd N. Bell is the founding partner of Bell Law Firm in Atlanta, Georgia. Kevin Biniazan joined Breit Cantor as an associate in 2017. Kevin has been recognized as a Rising Star in 2019 and 2020 by Virginia Super Lawyers, and a Top 40 under 40 Trial Lawyer by the National Trial Lawyers in 2019 and 2020. Kevin is the youngest trial lawyer in Virginia to be recognized by the National Trial Lawyers: Top 40 under 40. At Breit Cantor, he focuses his practice on motor vehicle collisions, defective products, and tractor-trailer collisions, as well as sexual assault and child sexual abuse cases.Kevin is an active member of the American Association for Justice and a graduate of its 2019 Leadership Academy. He was recently awarded the Above and Beyond Award which recognizes members who have made exceptional contributions to sustain and strengthen the organization. In addition, he serves as the New Lawyer Division’s representative on the Board of Governors for the Association. At home, Kevin serves on several committees for the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association and on the Board of Directors for the Boys & Girls Club of Southeast Virginia.
Seth L. Cardeli focuses his practice on representing victims of medical negligence, including children injured during labor and delivery. He graduated from the American Association for Justice 2014 Leadership Academy and serves on AAJ’s Membership Oversight Committee, Public Affairs Committee, Publications Committee, and is a member of the Birth Trauma Litigation Group. Mr. Cardeli published “Thwart the Assault on Future Medical Expenses” in the May 2014 issue of TRIAL magazine, the nation’s largest and most reputable magazine for trial lawyers, and “Future Medical Expenses Without the Affordable Care Act” was published in the Maryland Association for Justice’s Trial Reporter Special Issue 2015. He is also a member of the Maryland Association for Justice (MAJ) and the New York State Trial Lawyers Association (NYSTLA). Mr. Cardeli generously donates to AAJ PAC. Heidi A. DiLorenzo is an attorney at Alexander Shunnarah Personal Injury Attorneys in 2012 where she practices personal injury law, focusing on injuries from motor vehicle collisions. She handles personal injuries cases both pre-suit an in litigation as part of the firm’s litigation team. Alexander Shunnarah Personal Injury Attorneys is an AAJ Leaders Forum member and is located in Birmingham, AL.
Michael P. Doyle, course advisor, focuses his practice in personal injury, insurance, admiralty, maritime, and workplace injury litigation. He is a past president of the Houston Trial Lawyers Association; he serves on AAJ’s NCA Board of Trustees; he is an AAJ PAC Platinum M CLUB donor; and he has received Diplomate status in the NCA Masters of Trial Law professional recognition program. He is also a member of the American Board of Trial Attorneys (ABOTA) and the Texas Trial Lawyers Association. Javier Herrera is currently a member of the College of the State Bar of Texas, the American Association for Justice, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, an active member of the San Antonio Trial Lawyers Association, an active member of the San Antonio Young Lawyers Association, and is a member of the Hispanic Law Alumni Association for St. Mary's University School of Law. Javier's passion for justice and equality has been a part of his family's tradition and legacy for decades. He was taught that it does not matter where you go in life, but that you always remember where you come from and the people who helped you along the way. His practice continues alongside his father and brother serving clients from all walks of life, and ensuring that courthouse doors remain open. Mr. Herrera is an attorney at Herrera Law Firm in San Antonio, Texas.
Elise R. Sanguinetti is a founding partner at Arias Sanguinetti Wang & Torrijos, LLP and focuses her practice on serious injury, wrongful death cases, civil appeals, and legal malpractice. She exclusively represents plaintiffs in civil litigation and holds an “AV” rating with Martindale-Hubbell and has been named a California Super Lawyer every year since becoming eligible. The last two years she was named one of the Top 50 Women Lawyers in the Bay Area. Ms. Sanguinetti is the immediate past president of AAJ, was the president of the Consumer Attorneys of California from 2015 to 2016, and a past president of the Alameda Contra Costa Trial Lawyers Association. Dorothy Clay Sims conferences with lawyers throughout the U.S. to suggest methods of cross-examination regarding a specific expert after conducting background research on the expert and the topic. She also cross-examines forensic experts for other attorneys, reviews files, and prepares mediation presentations setting forth weaknesses in the defense position as well as weaknesses in the experts retained by the insurance industry. She is the author of Exposing The Deceptive Defense Doctor (James Publishing). Ms. Sims is the founding partner of the Florida based law firm of Sims & Stakenborg, P.A.
Tad Thomas practices solely in the area of civil litigation with his primary focus being in the areas of products liability, motor vehicle, trucking and motorcycle collisions, and nursing home neglect and abuse. Mr. Thomas is a nationally recognized lecturer and has conducted seminars on technology and ethics across the country. He is admitted to practice in Kentucky, Illinois, New York, and numerous federal district and circuit courts of appeals. He is a cum laude graduate of Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University and obtained his undergraduate degree from Georgetown College. Mr. Thomas currently serves as AAJ’s Secretary, and is an active member of AAJ’s Executive Committee, Marketing and Practice Development Committee, AAJ PAC Task Force, Convention Planning Committee, Law Schools Committee, National Finance Council, Membership Oversight Committee, and Legal Affairs Committee.
