Access the recording of a webinar hosted by the American Constitution Society and co-sponsored by the AFL-CIO Union Lawyers Alliance on March 5. The 90-minute training is geared to both employment attorneys who are not familiar with representing federal employees, as well as attorneys who don't practice employment law.
