Rick Friedman

Rick Friedman is a partner in Friedman Rubin PLLP. He is a member and past president of the Inner Circle of Advocates, and he is a member of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers and the American College of Trial Lawyers. In 2019, Rick was named Trial Lawyer of the Year by the Southern California Trial Lawyers Conference. He has authored several books, and is coauthor of Rules of the Road: A Plaintiff Lawyer’s Guide to Proving Liability.

Mark Mandell

Mark Mandell is a senior partner in the Providence, Rhode Island, law firm of Mandell, Boisclair & Mandell. He is a past president of the American Association for Justice, the Roscoe Pound Institute of Civil Justice, the Rhode Island Bar Association, and the Rhode Island Trial Lawyers Association, and a past cochair of the National College of Advocacy Board of Trustees. Mark is a member of the Inner Circle of Advocates and is triple board-certified as a trial lawyer. He is the author of Case Framing and Advanced Case Framing.
