Terms and Conditions of Logo License

We encourage members to use the AAJ Member Logo to highlight your commitment to the association. AAJ Member Logos are for use exclusively by current members. By downloading and using the logo and/or member badge, you agree to the terms of limited use below.

• The Member Logo consists of the AAJ Logo in conjunction with the descriptor that is appropriate to the relationship of the individual or firm with AAJ. It may be used on websites, signage, presentations, brochures, and other materials you may display publicly.

• The logo may link only to the American Association for Justice homepage, www.justice.org.  You may not use it to link to other pages on your website or any other website.  

• The logo must always be at least 1″ in height when displaying in print or on screen.

• The logo must be used in its entirety and may not be altered in any way, except by express permission from AAJ. You may not animate or distort the appearance of the logo.

• The logo can be printed in black ink or in its original colors. Altering the color scheme of the logo is not permitted.

• A Member Logo may be used only to identify the individual member or firm as an AAJ member, a Leaders Forum firm, or as part of a specific AAJ group or caucus.

• The Member Logo may not be used in any manner that may tend to convey or imply AAJ’s endorsement, sponsorship, or approval of a member’s or firm’s specific practice, programs, activities, products, or services.

• The logo may not be used on any website that is in violation of any applicable laws or governmental regulations.

• AAJ reserves the right to disallow any use of the logo. Any unauthorized use of the logo may result in legal action.

• The Member Logo should always be displayed separately and distinct from other marks and copy.
