May 7, 2020

Byron Temple allegedly disregarded a traffic light and collided with Robles’s vehicle. One of the children was ejected, and Robles and both children suffered various injuries that required hospitalization. They all have recovered.

Robles sued Temple and his parents, alleging failure to heed the traffic light.

The parties settled for more than $174,300. The amount included approximately $23,900 to satisfy a Medicaid lien on behalf of one of the children.
