Settlement for minor’s alleged injuries from treadmill
October 10, 2023Doe’s father bought a Sunny Health & Fitness treadmill, model number SF-T4400, from the Amazon.com marketplace. Doe, a minor, allegedly suffered serious injury from the treadmill.
Doe’s father, individually and on his behalf, sued Sunny Health & Fitness, Amazon.com, Inc., and Amazon.com Servs., LLC, alleging strict liability, negligence, and breach of warranties.
The parties settled for $100,000.
