Land Condemnation Litigation Group
The Land Condemnation Litigation Group assists AAJ members who represent private property owners whose land and/or site improvements are taken by the government or a quasi-government entity through the power of eminent domain for public purpose infrastructure projects, e.g., the building or expansion of new roads, highways, interstates, bridges, electric and communications lines, gas pipelines, schools, hospitals, greenways, public parks, and public/private economic development areas.
