Sean Domnick 

Sean has a national and statewide practice with experience representing plaintiffs in cases involving medical malpractice, defective products, and catastrophic injury.

Sworn in as the 78th association president during the 2023 Annual Convention held in Philadelphia, Sean has been an active AAJ member for 30 years. He serves on the National Finance Council, Membership Oversight Committee, Public Affairs Committee, Voter Protection Committee, AAJ PAC Board of Trustees, Diversity and Inclusion Committee, and Trial Lawyers Care. He has chaired the Budget Committee and the Leaders Forum Advisory Board.

Sean’s work as a leader of AAJ focuses on the fighting spirit of trial lawyers. He understands firsthand the deep sense of duty to injured clients and their families, and wants to empower trial lawyers so that their efforts will continue to change lives, restore dignity, and shape a better, more just future. In the coming year, he looks forward to traveling across the country to inspire a deeper commitment and investment in civil justice by highlighting the value of AAJ and to increase engagement among all trial lawyers.
