Gilardi & Co LLC and Huntington National Bank

AAJ Education and the National Association of Consumer Advocates’ Plaintiff Only Consumer Warranty Class Action Litigation Seminar combines networking, courtroom strategies, and legislative updates to help you more successfully litigate your next class-action case.

The program opens in the evening of June 3 with a networking reception for you to connect with AAJ and NACA members attending the seminar. Expand your referral network as you mingle with fellow plaintiff lawyers from across the country.

On June 4, a panel of experienced class action litigators will cover the fundamentals of warranty law, offer strategies for framing your case to survive an MTD, discuss certification of consumer class actions, and provide their insights to help you craft a meaningful settlement.

The seminar also include legislative updates from NACA and AAJ to keep you up to date with the latest happenings on Capitol Hill and how they affect your cases.
