Presented with AAJ's Bicycle Litigation Group
As the bicycle continues to grow as a legitimate means of transportation, so too do the number of unfortunate accidents, injuries, and issues associated with it. Register for AAJ Education’s Bicycle Cases: Emerging Issues and Litigation Trends Webinar and equip yourself with the tools to deliver justice for those individuals harmed while riding bicycles.
This comprehensive webinar includes everything you need to know to successfully litigate a bicycle collision or injury case. The webinar opens with insurance coverage issues specific to bicycle litigation. Faculty will then move on to specialized bicycle issues involving motorized and electric bicycles, titanium bolt fatigue failures, and evidentiary issues in truck v. bicycle litigation.
Faculty will also provide strategies to help you more effectively value a case and offer specific advice for combating defense claims of contributory negligence by the plaintiff bicyclist. The webinar closes with a question and answer session.

*Number of credits may vary depending on calculation method used by individual state accreditation agencies. AAJ is a State Bar of California MCLE-approved provider.
*The State of Ohio requires providers of Continuing Legal Education to submit programs for approval 60 days in advance of the program’s start date. Although we make every effort to submit programs for approval within the stated guidelines, many programs that we offer are rapid response. As a result we are often unable to comply with the guidelines set forth by the Supreme Court of Ohio. Please contact the AAJ Education Department at 800.622.1791 or 202.965.3500, ext. 8612 to verify whether the program has been approved by Ohio prior to registration.
Please Note: Contact your state CLE administrator to determine whether it accepts teleseminars for mandatory CLE credit.
