AAJ Education's best-selling Winning Medical Negligence Cases with Rules of the Road featuring Patrick Malone returns, with an all-star faculty and new topics to give you the knowledge you need to tackle challenging medical negligence cases.

This seminar is based on Winning Medical Malpractice Cases with the Rules of the Roadtm Technique, one of America's best-selling books on proving liability, specifically tailored to medical negligence cases and co-authored by Patrick Malone and Rick Friedman. This seminar, based on the book and organized by Patrick Malone, will guide you towards successfully representing victims of medical negligence. Learn how to apply the Rules of the Road to every stage of a medical negligence case, from case intake to discovery, through cross-examination to closing argument, and using focus groups to create demonstratives.

Benefit from Patrick Malone and the faculty's expertise on your own case. Submit a current case for use in two strategic brainstorming sessions and observe how the Rules are used with adverse experts.  This seminar's topics will include communication with 21st century jurors, cross-examining experts with Rules, genetic testing malpractice, effective use of focus groups, high-wire cross examination without deposing the witness, and much more - click on the agenda link  below to learn more!
