Join the American Association for Justice Education for teleseminar on litigating Police Misconduct. On Thursday, January 23 from 3:00–5:00 PM EST a faculty of experienced trial lawyers will explore issues pertaining to the misconduct and abuse of power by police officers employed by municipalities at the city, county, state, and federal level.
Agenda topics include a discussion of pre-suit discovery, a guide to the elements necessary for a compensable police misconduct case, and an explanation of whether to file in state or federal court. If you represent plaintiffs in cases involving false arrest, false imprisonment, unconstitutional search, denial of medical treatment, malicious prosecution, conspiracy, or excessive use of force, this teleseminar is a must.
