Michael P. Doyle concentrates his practice in personal injury, insurance, admiralty, maritime, and workplace injury litigation. His personal injury practice includes the representation of the Jones Act and foreign seamen in disputes in U.S. and international waters, as well as workers injured as a result of the actions of multinational companies. He served as president of the Houston Trial Lawyers Association from 2007 to 2008 and on the Board of Directors and as chair of the Judicial Affairs Committee. Mr. Doyle also served on the Board of Directors of Strake Jesuit College Preparatory School and as president of the Strake Jesuit Alumni Association from 2002 to 2004 and on the Houston Advisory Board of the AFL-CIO Community Fund. He is a member of the American Association for Justice’s Leaders Forum and Admiralty Law and International Practice Sections, the American Board of Trial Attorneys (ABOTA), and the Texas Trial Lawyers Association.  He lectures nationally on trial advocacy skills, maritime law, communication skills, and other topics.  He is a founding partner in the law firm of Doyle Raizner LLP, with offices in Houston and Galveston, Texas, and Phoenix, Arizona. 
Render C. Freeman has dedicated his career to helping injured victims hold wrongdoers financially responsible for their carelessness. As a trial attorney, his litigation experience includes complex claims, involving wrongful death, personal injury, products liability, motor vehicle and trucking collisions, medical negligence, nursing home abuse and negligence, premises liability, negligent hiring, and negligent security. An active member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association for Justice and AAJ’s Motor Vehicle, Highway, and Premises Liability Section, he is “AV” rated by Martindale-Hubbell and has been a registered Mediator and Arbitrator with the State of Georgia since 2010. He is a member of the Atlanta Lawyers’ Club, Gwinnett County Bar Association, North Fulton Bar Association, and a founding member and former vice president of the Johns Creek Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Freeman is a member of Andersen, Tate & Carr, P.C., in Atlanta, Georgia.
Richard D. Hailey concentrates his practice in personal injury litigation.  Mr. Hailey is a past president of the American Association for Justice, fellow of the Pound Civil Justice Institute, member of AAJ’s National College of Advocacy (NCA) Board of Trustees, Governor of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association (ITLA), and a member of the ITLA’s College of Fellows.  He serves on the ITLA’s Board of Directors, has been listed in Best Lawyers in America, and was named the Melvin Belli Trial Lawyer of the Year by the Melvin Belli Society.  The law firm of Ramey & Hailey is located in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Mark R. Kosieradzki concentrates his practice in products liability, wrongful death, spinal cord injury, amputation, nursing home abuse, and burn litigation.  Mr. Kosieradzki is certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and the Minnesota Bar Association as a Civil Trial Specialist, was elected to the American Board of Trial Advocates, and is a past president of the Minnesota Trial Lawyers Association.  He has served on the American Association for Justice’s Board of Governors, is past chair of the Nursing Homes Litigation Group, is a member of the NCA Board of Trustees, is a Leaders Forum member, and is a Diplomate of the NCA.  The Kosieradzki • Smith Law Firm, LLC is in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Thomas S. McGrath concentrates in construction and consumer law, representing the rights of homeowners in new construction home defects, termite & pest control claims, and real estate fraud.  He is a frequent lecturer on these subjects and a Diplomate of the American Association for Justice’s NCA.  Mr. McGrath is a member of the Alabama Association for Justice.  The McGrath Law Firm is located in Huntsville, Alabama.
Phillip H. Miller has an exclusively personal injury practice.  Mr. Miller has handled a wide range of cases including trucking litigation, nursing home claims, pharmaceutical torts, and day care center child abuse.  In addition to his law practice, Mr. Miller has extensive experience working as a trial consultant on a wide variety of cases.  He is a former member of the American Association for Justice’s NCA Board of Trustees, a Diplomate of AAJ’s NCA, and past president of the Tennessee Association for Justice.  Phillip Miller & Associates is located in Nashville, Tennessee.
Sach D. Oliver conducts the opening and closing statements, jury selection, and direct and cross-examination of witnesses for the Bentonville, Arkansas based firm Bailey & Oliver. A graduate of the University of Arkansas School of Law, he was awarded the Best Oral Advocate in the National Trial Competition and the Outstanding Young Trial Lawyer by the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association in 2008. Mr. Oliver serves on the Board of Governors for the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Leadership board.
Elise R. Sanguinetti is a partner with Khorrami Boucher Sumner Sanguinetti, LLP, where she has exclusively represented plaintiffs in civil litigation for more than 15 years. She concentrates her practice in serious injury, wrongful death, civil appeals, and legal malpractice litigation. Ms. Sanguinett is “AV” rated by Martindale-Hubbell, received the Women Leaders in Law recognition in 2012 from The Recorder, has been named a California SuperLawyer every year since eligible,and was named to the 2013 Top 50 Women Lawyers list for northern California. Ms. Sanguinetti earned her Juris Doctor from the University of San Francisco School of Law and is a frequent speaker at seminars and the author of several articles. She received the American Association for Justice Joe Tonahill Award and the Outstanding and Dedicated Service Award in 2010, the Woman Consumer Advocate of the Year Award from the Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC) in 2012, AAJ’s Weidemann & Wysocki Citation of Excellence in 2004, 2007, and 2013, the CAOC Presidential Award of Merit (2010-2011), AAJ’s Distinguished Service Award in 2010 and 2013, and the Outstanding Contributions Award, AAJ New Lawyers Division, in 2003-2004 and 2011. Korrami Boucher Sumner Sanguinetti, LLP has offices in Los Angeles and Oakland, California. Ms. Sanguinetti has chaired or served on over 20 task forces for AAJ and is a past president of the Alameda Contra Costa Trial Lawyers Association and first vice president of the Consumer Attorneys of California.
Paul J. Scoptur, course advisor, has been a trial lawyer representing plaintiffs exclusively since his graduation from Marquette University Law School in 1978. He is a trustee and past cochair of the National College of Advocacy (NCA) Board of Trustees and an Adjunct Professor of Law at Marquette University Law School, where he has taught litigation and trial skills. Mr. Scoptur is a Diplomate of the NCA and was one of the first lawyers to complete the Advanced Studies in Trial Advocacy (ASTA) curriculum offered by the NCA. He is a member of the American Society of Trial Consultants.  He has a broad practice both as a trial lawyer and as a trial consultant and uses strategic case planning and focus groups extensively, both in his cases and in assisting other lawyers in preparing the discovery and trial of their cases across the country and in Canada. He is coauthor of Advanced Depositions Skills (AAJ Press/Trial Guides) and has produced a DVD of the same title. In over 20 years of coaching basketball, he never got a technical foul. Robyn L. Wishart handles a wide variety of cases, including complex personal injury, insurance litigation, defamation, environmental claims, landlord-tenant disputes, commercial arbitrations, and employment and labor.  Ms. Wishart has appeared as counsel before the Provincial and Supreme Court of British Columbia, and several administrative tribunals.  She is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia, the Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia, and the Vancouver Bar Association.  Ms. Wishart is with the firm Slater Vecchio LLP in Vancouver, British Columbia.
