Bellagio Hotel
Las Vegas, NV

Presented with AAJ's Nursing Home Litigation Group.

AAJ Education is holding its next plaintiff-only Litigating Nursing Home Cases Seminar at the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas on November 14–15. The seminar is presented with AAJ’s Nursing Home Litigation Group—one of AAJ’s most active and engaged groups.  The program is designed for trial lawyers who represent plaintiffs in nursing home cases and is as valuable an experience for practitioners who are new to the field as it is for seasoned nursing home litigators.

Faculty includes Carl Bettinger who will present on guiding jurors to courageous verdicts using hero-centric story structure, characters, and psychodrama—an innovative perspective that will change how you approach your next trial.  Others will offer actionable strategies and insights on topics including obtaining “must-have” documents, lessons learned in arguing for damages, utilizing the minimum data set, and debunking the myth of “unavoidable” Kennedy Ulcers. Between the insights and experiences of the faculty and the networks you create with your fellow practitioners from across the country, you will leave Las Vegas with the knowledge and tools to better represent your clients and ensure that justice is delivered.

"I am always impressed by the knowledge, skills, and insights freely shared by our AAJ peers. This collegiality is what my membership in AAJ is all about."
—Thomas S. Howard, Hackensack, NJ, 36 years in practice
