Focus groups are among the most powerful tools in the arsenal of any trial lawyer. They yield a vast amount of information about your case, client, experts, and argument. But are you getting the most out of your focus groups?

The American Association for Justice’s Case Workshop Program gives you the tools you need to succeed. You’ll work with pre-screened focus groups and a team of experienced trial lawyers and renowned consultants, who will guide you through analyzing your focus group results, show you how to implement best practices and avoid common pitfalls, and craft a case strategy based on your focus groups.

Master Focus Groups and Build Your Next Case
This hands-on program is educational and practical. Bring an active case and benefit not only from presenting it to focus groups, but also the advice and analysis of the country’s most experienced lawyers and consultants. And all focus group feedback is recorded for to take home and further build your client’s case.

During this four-day program you will present your case to two diverse and carefully selected focus groups. With the expert guidance of the faculty, you will:

  • Explore key issues in your case

  • Pinpoint the strengths of your strategy

  • Expose potential weaknesses and how to address them

  • Develop themes and a trial story

Conducting focus groups can be daunting, time-consuming, and expensive, but they don’t have to be.
