Presented with AAJ’s Dialysis Equipment, Products and Clinics Litigation Group

The American Association for Justice Education is holding a GranuFlo and Dialysis Product Seminar on December 12 at the Conrad Hotel in New York City. Trial lawyers from across the country will focus on issues surrounding the March 2012 Class I FDA recall of GranuFlo, a dialysis treatment product which has been linked to over 900 heart attacks among dialysis patients. Attendees will hear updates on the current status of litigation and network with colleagues to learn litigation strategies.

AAJ’s Dialysis Equipment, Products and Clinics Litigation Group will hold a closed business meeting following the seminar. AAJ's DePuy Metal on Metal Hip Implant Litigation Group will hold a closed business meeting prior to the program from 9:30 - 11:30 am.
