Morgan G. Adams concentrates his practice in personal injury law cases involving tractor trailers, buses, and other commercial motor vehicles.  Mr. Adams has published and lectured widely on the subject of personal injury and commercial vehicle litigation and acts as a consultant to other lawyers in these areas.  He is a past president of the Chattanooga Trial Lawyers Association, past chair of AAJ’s Trucking Litigation Group (TLG), and has served as chair of the Tennessee Trucking Litigation Seminars since 2003.  He is a member of AAJ’s Leaders Forum.  Mr. Adams serves on AAJ’s Board of Governors, and is a life member of the Tennessee Association for Justice (TAJ), a member of its Board of Governors, and a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.  He has been selected as a MidSouth SuperLawyer for a number of years.  The Law Offices of Morgan G. Adams has offices located in Chattanooga and Nashville, Tennessee.

Sonia P. Chaisson concentrates her practice in unsafe products, brain injury, trucking collision, wrongful death, catastrophic injury, asbestos, and hospital infections litigation.  She is a graduate of Gerry Spence’s Trial Lawyers College and serves on AAJ’’s Board of Governors.  The Law Offices of Sonia Chaisson is located in Venice Beach, California.

Robert L. Collins is a sole practitioner with more than 30 years of trial experience, who handles cases with an emphasis on public interest and consumer, hurricane and storm damage, refinery and other explosions, pharmaceutical fraud, and transportation involving plane, truck, bus, and automobile litigation.  He served as treasurer of AAJ’s TLG and is a member of the State Bar of Texas Standing Committee on Court Rules.  Mr. Collins currently acts as the city attorney of Port Isabel, Texas and has offices in Houston and South Padre Island, Texas.

Robert J. Genis is a senior and founding partner in the law firm of Sonin & Genis, located in the Bronx, New York.  He concentrates his practice in personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, and products liability litigation.  He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.  He is a past associate editor of the National Trial Lawyer magazine and past editor in chief of the Bronx Bar Journal.  He has also been published in the New York Law Journal and the New York State Trial Lawyers Quarterly, the Queens Bar Journal, and elsewhere.  He is a past vice president of the Jewish Lawyers Guild and a past secretary of the Tort Litigation Committee of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.  He has lectured in many continuing legal education programs and is a member of the American Association for Justice.

Michael Leizerman concentrates his practice in select catastrophic injury truck collision cases across the country.   He is the author of the Thomson West/AAJ treatise Litigating Truck Accident Cases, is the past chairman of the AAJ’s Trucking Litigation Group, and lectures across the country about truck crash cases, law practice management and case strategies.  Mr. Leizerman is a member of the Cognitive Neuroscience Society and has a passion for studying the art and science of persuasion.  He is a Board Certified Civil Trial Advocate, and a member of Public Justice and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum.  He is a 2008 graduate of the Trial Lawyers College, and attended truck driving school and obtained his Commercial Driver’s License in order to gain hands-on experience and better advocate for his clients.  Mr. Leizerman is the managing partner at E.J. Leizerman & Associates, LLC in Toledo, Ohio.

Kenneth H. Levinson is a child safety advocate and concentrates his practice in products liability cases with an emphasis on children’s products that are defective. Mr. Levinson heads the trial practice of the Joseph, Lichtenstein & Levinson law firm in Chicago, Illinois.  He was named one of “The 40 Lawyers under 40 to Watch in Illinois” in 2002 by the Law Bulletin Publishing Company.  After receiving his Juris Doctor in 1992, he was appointed as an Assistant Illinois Attorney General.  He was named as one of the top attorneys in Illinois by the Illinois Super Lawyers magazine from 2011 - 2013 and was included in the Super Lawyers Top 100 Lawyers in Illinois list in 2012.  He is a graduate of Gerry Spence’s Trial Lawyers College and currently sits on its Alumni Board.  He is the creator and founder of a child safety blog, The Safest Line, and is a member of AAJ’s Motor Vehicle Collision, Highway, and Premises Liability Section, Nursing Home Committee, Sole Practitioner & Small Firm Section, Traumatic Brain Injury Litigation Group, and Trucking Litigation Group.  He is also a member of the Chicago Bar Association and a member of the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association Board of Advocates.  He speaks on child safety issues to parent and community groups. 

Michael J. Maggiano is a senior partner at Maggiano, DiGirolamo & Lizzi, with offices in Fort Lee, New Jersey, and New York, New York.  He is certified as a Civil Trial Attorney by the Supreme Court of New Jersey and is a member of the Million Dollar Forum.  He was named one of New York Monthly Magazine’s Best Lawyers in the New York Area and one of New Jersey Monthly Magazine’s Top 100 Lawyers in New Jersey.  He is “AV” rated by Martindale-Hubbell, is a New Jersey Super Lawyer, and is certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy in New Jersey.  He is a past president of the Melvin Belli Society, a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and American Bar Association, and is active in many civic organizations, including UNICO National.  He serves on the Board of Directors of the Hemodialysis Foundation of New Jersey, has published many articles in leading legal journals, and lectures nationally on legal topics.

T. Thomas Metier concentrates his practice in insurance, personal injury, traumatic brain injury, trucking, motor vehicle, and motorcycle collision, and nursing home negligence and abuse litigation.  He is the senior managing member of Metier Law Firm, LLC, with offices in Fort Collins and Boulder, Colorado, and Casper, Cheyenne, Greeley, and Gillette, Wyoming.  He is an AAJ President’s Club and Leaders Forum member and is a director of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, and a member of the Larimer County Bar Association.  He received the highest rating by Martindale-Hubbell and is a frequent speaker at legal seminars.  He is a faculty member of the Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers College and serves on AAJ’s National College of Advocacy Board of Trustees.

Antonio M. Romanucci concentrates his practice representing people with traumatic brain injuries.  He is the founding chairman of the Midwest Brain Injury Clubhouse, currently leading their campaign to raise funds to help returning war veterans with traumatic brain injuries.  He is an AAJ Leaders Forum and sustaining member.  He is immediate past chair of AAJ’s Motor Vehicle Collision, Highway and Premises Liability Section, and serves on the executive committee of AAJ’s Traumatic Brain Litigation Group.  Mr. Romanucci is the past president of the Knapp Burn Foundation, the Justinian Society of Lawyers, the Greater Barrington Area Lawyers Guild, and president elect of the Joint Civic Committee of Italian-Americans.  He is a partner in the firm of Romanucci & Blandin, LLC in Chicago, Illinois.

Lawrence M. Simon, course advisor, concentrates his practice in automobile, trucking, and bus negligence, products liability, and estate litigation. Mr. Simon is the author of New York Library of Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Forms (New York Law Journal Books), coeditor of New Jersey Trials and Appeals (Lexis Nexis), and has written chapters on “Governmental Liability” and “Technology in the Courtroom” (Lexis Nexis). Mr. Simon is the current Chair of AAJ’s Motor Vehicle Section, Secretary for the Trucking Litigation Group, Co-Chair of the Bus Litigation Group,  and a past chair of the AAJ’s Small Firm and Solo Practitioner Section and AAJ’s Section Leaders Council. He is an AAJ Leaders Forum member and serves on AAJ’s Board of Governors. He was named a New Jersey Super Lawyer for Plaintiff’s Personal Injury from 2007 to the present, including a top 100 Super Lawyer in 2010, 2011, and 2012.    He is an active member of the New Jersey Association for Justice and serves on their Board of Governors.  He is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association.  Mr. Simon is of counsel to Javerbaum Wurgaft Hicks Kahn Wikstrom & Sinins, P.C., and practices out of the firm’s New York, New York and Springfield, New Jersey offices.

Joshua N. Stein is vice president and founding member of Greenberg & Stein, P.C., located in New York, New York.  He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum.  He concentrates his practice in automobile collision, workplace injury, and police brutality litigation.  He is a member of the American Association for Justice, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, and the New York County Lawyer’s Association.

Jay A. Urban concentrates his practice in personal injury, employee rights, and consumer litigation.  He is a cofounder of Urban & Taylor, S.C., located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.  He has authored numerous articles and lectured on legal topics, and was awarded the National American Jurisprudence Award.  He is a member of the American Association for Justice, the State Bar of Wisconsin, and the Milwaukee Bar Association.  He was named a Super Lawyer by Milwaukee Magazine.
