Render C. Freeman concentrates his practice in wrongful death, personal injury, products liability, motor vehicle and trucking collisions, medical negligence, and negligent security litigation.  Mr. Freeman has been lead trial counsel in jury trials throughout Georgia from Federal District Court in Atlanta to smaller Superior Courts in the remote corners of our State.  He is “AV” rated by Martindale-Hubbell and is a member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association.  Mr. Freeman is a registered mediator and arbitrator with the State of Georgia.  Andersen, Tate & Carr, PC is located in Duluth, Georgia.

Douglas K. W. Landau concentrates his practice in personal injury, workers compensation, and federal social security disability income litigation.  He is a member of AAJ’s Motor Vehicle Collision, Highway, and Premises Liability Section, Social Security Disability Law Section, and Workers’ Compensation and Workplace Injury Section.  He is also a member of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives (NOSSCR), and served as a judge for AAJ’s Student Trial Advocacy Competition (STAC).  Abrams Landau Ltd. is located in Herndon, Virginia.

Adam J. Levitt is a partner of Grant & Eisenhofer P.A. in Chicago, Illinois, where he chairs the firm’s Consumer Practice Group.  He specializes in complex commercial litigation and class action litigation in the areas of consumer protection, antitrust, securities, technology, and agricultural law and presently serves in leadership roles in numerous class and other complex litigations.  He is also an elected member of the American Law Institute, a member of the American Association for Justice’s Leaders Forum, is an Illinois Super Lawyer, and has been named to the Lawdragon 500.  Mr. Levitt speaks on a variety of topics relating to class actions and other litigation-related issues, recently published a book chapter on multidistrict litigation practice, as well as a critique of the Class Action Fairness Act that appeared in the Yale Law Journal Online.

Kara K. Rahimi is an associate with the Kosieradzki Smith Law Firm, L.L.C. in Minneapolis, Minnesota.  Ms. Rahimi is a member of the Minnesota Association of Justice and its Nursing Home Litigation Committee.  She has coauthored “Keeping Discovery Civil,” published in AAJ’s Trial magazine.  Ms. Rahimi is a member of AAJ’s Leaders Forum.
