Bus driver dies in collision with overturned truck

The plaintiff alleged, among other claims, that the truck driver operated the truck in a negligent and reckless manner and that he failed to warn oncoming motorists that the overturned trailer was blocking a lane. The parties settled before trial for a confidential amount. Bonner v. Darren Nelson Trucking, Inc.
