Injured motorist recovers UIM benefits stemming from intersection collision
After the other driver’s insurer tendered policy limits for its insured’s negligent running of a stop sign, the plaintiff sued his own insurer for the full amount of his UIM policy. The jury awarded about $3.02 million. Bowdler v. State Farm Mut. Auto. Ins. Co.
