Limo passenger suffers fatal injuries after driver crashes into defective guardrail
The family of the passenger, who was killed when a piece of the roadside guardrail penetrated the limousine during the crash, alleged that the guardrail end treatment was built directly on top of the curb, contrary to design specifications and state and general roadway design standards.
