Who We Are
The Women Trial Lawyers Caucus (WTLC) helps foster an environment within AAJ where women trial lawyers can learn from one another and overcome challenges together. Through networking events, CLE courses, awards and leadership opportunities, women find the support they need to take their practice to the next level. Today, more than 3,000 women at varying stages of their careers connect with one another and share experiences, lessons learned, and knowledge.
Membership and Benefits
Any female lawyer who is a member in good standing of AAJ is automatically a member of the Women’s Caucus. We invite you to take advantage of this benefit and become active today. As a member, you have free access to the Women's Caucus List Server and Newsletter, and are welcome to participate in all our upcoming events and activities, including our mentorship program. Members are encouraged to take on leadership roles within the WTLC and AAJ.

Elections
Interested in running for WTLC leadership? Elections will be held at the annual WTLC meeting on June 20, 2013 for Secretary, Second Vice Chair, First Vice Chair, Chair-Elect, and two WTLC representatives to the Board of Governors. Those interested in running for an officer or Board of Governor position must submit their intention to run to the WTLC Chair no later than thirty days before the WTLC membership meeting at the annual convention. Submissions must be made in writing by June 20, 2013 and can be emailed to lauren@hbsslaw.com.
