Worker develops mesothelioma after years of exposure to asbestos dust

The family’s wrongful death suit alleged that the mining company was strictly liable for supplying a defective product—raw asbestos fiber—to the plant where the man worked for 26 years. Worthley v. Advocate Mines Ltd.
